Okay, so you are becoming more and more aware of the patterns and habits that aren’t working? Now what do you do to change them so you are heading in the right and desired direction? You have a few steps and many options here for you here. First, define exactly what the habit/pattern is and the effect it has on your life.
With this, it does take about around 20 to 30 days of consistence conscious change to actually make the change stay around, plus keeping very aware of the patterns that at time peek out again. It is up to your awareness to keep you on track or those sneaky habits and patterns will come back in force and replant themselves in your psyche again.
Trust me… I have seen and had this happen to me many times and getting rid of them after the replant is tougher as the solidarity into your deeper aspect. Though you must understand that if you haven’t learned the lesson associated with this “pattern”, then it is time to ask for all the lessons for this pattern so you can move on. This can release you from a drawn out lesson plan and speed up the process for you, if you are emotional and physically prepared for them. Plus keep your self available and aware of the settle ways of the lessons to appear. Signs will appear… Are you ready to know what the sign is?
I will give you an example from my adventure that show this well. For me, animals appear and this generally good for me, though mix signage can happens.
Coyotes were calling in the front of my desert home. Five of them; a family. Not the first time, nor the last time that the trickster has been around me. Coyotes is a member of my totem family including bobcat and wolf, owl and skunk, mountain lion, elephant, horse, and white tiger. Each has a medicine that is a part of my personality and character. When one member appears, there is a message to pay attention to the medicine of that animal. For coyotes, the trickster and wisdom is letting me that I am getting too serious and it is time to rebalance myself with the fun and work. Having five of them is about independence and self reliance. Both are good reminders for me. Especially since the last few weeks, I have been having negative mood and fits. My poor friends aren’t sure what to do with me… neither do I until I finally got the clue from the furry friends, playing in front of me. Young pups, pouching and marking their territories… one on top of the other. This reminded me of my dogs as they would wrestle with each other.
With all the energy shifts, it is easy to get wrapped up in that bad place. So to get out of it… move…dance…exercise and state this is not me and I am done with this now. Then surround this energy with a golden net and visually throw it into a black hole to be totally release from you. This will help with the releasing of that thought form and get the right and desired direction open for you. Keep doing this. Another saying that has helped me is this (thanks to Louise Hay): Deep at the center of my being, there is a infinite well of love. I now allow this love to flow to the surface. It fills my heart, my body, my mind, my consciousness, my very being and radiates out from me in all directions and returns to me multiplied.
