Earth Energies

Connecting with Mother Earth and the Minerals, Stones and Gems add in the healing and the awakening of the healing abilities within. It also will connect you with energies that will help your inner journey and you can gain realization and actualization through connecting with the right stone for you.

What to do?  I was blessed by meeting Bob, an elf that taught me how to find, clear and connect with the correct rock/stone/gem for me. Which one is right for you depend on what state and intention you are working on?

One way to know is to talk to an experienced Shaman or Healer who focuses on these kinds of earth energies, or check in with your higher self during meditation. If you keep seeing the same stone around or hearing about the same stone… good chance that is one that can help you at this time. Also getting a Vedic Reading will tell you what is right for you based on your birthday.

Remember that your energies will change and so will the stone that will help you.

Grounding:  If you are around or feeling overwhelmed with negativity energies, a great way of getting rid of this energy is to put the intention into a rock. Simply focus all negativity into the rock and blow into the rock. Next, bury the rock; put it into sea salt water for clearing.

Absorbing or Gaining the Energies of the Stone:

~Hold the stone in your hands.

~Place on your chakra that it is connected with when you are laying down to meditate is a great way.

~You can also put the stone in pure water. Remove the stone and drink the water. I have also place the stone(s) in the bath water as I am taking a bath to absorb the energies this way, in combination with sea salts and essential oils.
