Intuition
Intuition? What is it exactly? There is the basic concept of being the sixth sense or being able to connect to the other side or the invisible side of existence or of the unknown and using this to gain information, insights and control.
Intuition is said by the Masters, like Rumi (Sufi Mystic) stated it to be:
A Community of Spirit
There is a community of the spirit.
Join it, and feel the delight
Of walking in the noisy street,
And being the noise.
Drink all your passion,
And be a disgrace.
Close both eyes
And to see with the other eye.
Open your hands,
If you want to be held.
Sit down in this circle.
Quit acting like a wolf, and feel
the shepherd’s love filling you.
At night, your beloved wanders.
Don’t accept consolations.
Close your mouth against food.
Taste the lover’s mouth in yours.
You moan, “She left me.” “He left me.”
Twenty more will come.
Be empty of worrying.
Think of who created thought!
Why do you stay in prison
When the door is so wide open?
Move outside the tangle of fear-thinking.
Live in silence.
Flow down and down in always
Widening rings of being.

To Him:
Intuition is the discrimination faculty that enables you to decide which of two lines of reasoning is right. Perfect intuition makes you a master of all knowledge. Your will and intuition should go hand in hand. A person with a strong will usually has an active intuitional power. You should develop the latent intuitive faculty; it can grow only through meditation. Do not make unimportant, or concentrate on trifles at the expense of vital matters, or you will hamper your process. Impulsive actions that are not in keeping with one’s real duties are undesirable. Let sol intuition guide your thinking, and then proceed confidently in any undertaking.
What intuition is your higher self and connection to the higher powers of the universe. All people have the abilities available and it is up to the individual if they want to tap in and develop those abilities.
Type of Abilities:
Clairvoyant: able to visually “see” vision, spirit, energy.
Clairsentient: able to “feel” or be empathic…a sense of the energy around.
Clairaudient: able to “hear” the spirit or the unknown or energies.
Claircognizant: able to have a “knowing” without knowing exactly how.
There are many ways and many wonderful teachers available to help one develop the intuitive self. Acceptance and allowance are the big lessons of this. Intuition is block from the programming of society and the past lessons of the individual. Each has a bag filled with reasons not to trust or allow this ability to be utilized. For example, if you are raised in a religious home, this “ability” can be seen as the work of evil and not a place one should go. It is danger and your soul is in danger. This myth is just that and intuition has only positive aspects of it. It is the ego that misuses the intuitive gifts for it own gain that can be considered “evil”.
Another example is that in a past life, one may have been prosecuted for having the abilities, such as the Salem Witch Hunt. This would discourage many from continuing this practice or build your reserve and courage to be true to self and hold your own.
Development of Intuitive
For myself and many, there are signs that the ability is around you and being developed without you realizing it. If you have powerful dream that you remember or you have dreams where the dream happenings in this dimension… you are clairvoyant or able to see. Visualization is a good way to hone this ability. Each day focus on something. With this you can write down your vision and feel as if it is real now. Watch your thoughts. You can change your outcome simply by thinking...”this isn’t going to happen.” Guess what... you’re right… You just cancel your vision. If you catch yourself and cancel it and feel it as real now. It may be delayed, though if it is for the highest good of all, it will happen in divine timing.
Okay, Yes… we all wonder about divine timing. Is it really going on this plane or just on their reality? How long is this divine timing deal anyway? Now, let’s remember that Earth is a rather dense plane and it does take some time to get through, plus it can’t go against someone else highest good or the highest good of all. If you are learning your lessons, you will ask for things that are for the highest good of all and accept it as it comes.
Not all come exactly like you asked for and the form in which you ask does make a difference. I learn this one the hard way. I asked that my car loan be paid off. Simple request. Well, it was when I was in a car accident, totaling the car. I still laugh about that one. Okay, I didn’t learn the lesson completely because 18 month later… asks again for my car to be paid in full. Again, my car got totaled in a head on collision. What didn’t I learn? Many things actually. Be specific with your request. Generally, you aren’t asking how it gets done. Just that it happens for the highest good of all. With the last accident, there were two other people in the car with me. Each of us had lessons to learn. This accident involved a drunk driver. Both of the other people with me were consistent social drinkers; in fact that is why I was driving. Both of them had large alcoholic drinks at dinner. I had Mocha to keep me alert. I learn a deep appreciation for my friendship and the many blessings I have in this life. This was one of those things you know was going to happen. I had had a dream two years before about a serious accident and I would be killed. Well, this accident was with another Toyota (about the same weight); both of us from Arizona in Oregon and both of changed our route. Hello? It doesn’t take much for me to know this was a serious lesson. I realized that I was valued and wanted in this realm. So did I die and come back?… yes, I did. I literally went into the “Light” into the Void of Creation and returned back in my body. I didn’t want to come back to be honest. The calm, peace and love were so welcomed in this time in my life. I received a message while I was in the emergency room, asking why I didn’t die. His love is what the spirit said to me. Oh, God’s love for me. Yes, but no. Another person on earth loves you and wanted you in that realm… the physical plane. What a feeling! To know someone loves you so much that the Divine brought me back. Now that is using your power. Since this accident, I have accomplished many things and have a different attitude. I don’t know this person, though I know him well and he shows his appreciation for me in more direct ways. He had taken me for granted, thinking I will always be there. Now he realized that in a blink of an eye, someone can be gone. This was a lesson for him as well. Someone I haven’t had contact with in some time, got a strong message with this.
This brings up another area to consider and it is the right time to mention this. Spiritual connection. We are interconnected and this is how we will think of someone and get some kind of contact from them. It puts a smile on your face. There are an increasing number of us who are gaining the ability to understand the spiritual communicate with each other. We each have an impact on others, with our thoughts, actions and perceptions. The more we connect with our higher self, more healing will occur on planet Earth. Enjoy each moment with the one you are with and true listen to your heart and that whispering voice. There is a reason they are talking to you. It is your True Self saying HEY.
